• Proven experience drafting legal motions and briefs,

• Petitions with 9th Circuit Court of Appeals a plus, and

• Fluent in Spanish

Full-Time Paralegal

This position requires:

• A minimum of two years of Immigration law experience;

• Client interaction and management of client’s files;

• Proven experience preparing filings for U.S.C.I.S. and immigration courts;

• Management of caseload with minimal supervision;

• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and

• Fluent in Spanish

Associate Attorney

This position requires:

• Minimum of two years of Immigration law experience

• Litigation experience,

• Exceptional writing and research abilities;

• Proven experience drafting legal motions and briefs,

• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and

• Petitions with 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and

• Fluent in Spanish
